How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Since each rhinestone T-shirt is handmade, this gives me time to carefully prepare your shirt before it is sent out.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on the shipping option selected at checkout and the carrier’s delivery speed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package.

Please keep in mind that once a package has been shipped, delivery updates and arrival times are handled by the shipping carrier.

What size should I order?

Please review the Size Chart before placing your order to help choose the best fit. T-shirt sizing may vary depending on the brand, style, and fit.

If you prefer a looser or more relaxed fit, you may want to size up.

How do I care for my rhinestone T-shirt?

Care instructions will be included with your order. To help your rhinestone T-shirt last, please follow those instructions carefully.

For best results, wash your shirt inside out, use cold water, and avoid ironing directly over the rhinestones. Proper care will help keep your shirt looking beautiful longer.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each rhinestone T-shirt is handmade, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me so I can review the problem and do my best to help. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so I can assist you faster.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact me within 24 hours if you entered the wrong shipping address at checkout. If your order has not shipped yet, I will do my best to update it.

Once an order has shipped, I am not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
